Terms of Service

Effective January 15, 2024.

1. Agreement

By using CDN Analytics Global services you agree to these terms. If you represent a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization.

2. Service

CDN Analytics provides CDN performance monitoring through edge-deployed collectors and a cloud analytics platform. Access is provided on a subscription basis per your order form.

3. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for: keeping your credentials secure, ensuring your use complies with applicable law, and paying fees when due. You will not reverse-engineer, resell, or use the service to monitor infrastructure you do not operate.

4. Data

You own your telemetry data. We process it only to provide the service. We do not use customer data to train models or for purposes outside your service agreement.

5. Availability

We target 99.9% monthly uptime for the analytics platform. The collector agent availability depends on your infrastructure. Scheduled maintenance is excluded and announced 48 hours in advance.

6. Liability

Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the 12 months preceding a claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Termination

Either party can terminate with 30 days written notice. On termination, your data is available for export for 30 days, then deleted.

8. Changes

We may update these terms with 30 days notice. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by California law. Disputes will be resolved in San Francisco County courts.
