CDN Analytics Global Inc. ("CDN Analytics", "we") operates the cdn-analytics-global.com website and related services. This document describes how we collect and process information.

Data we collect

When you create an account we collect your name, work email, and company name. When you use the platform, we log API usage metadata (timestamps, request counts) for billing. We use cookies for session management only — no third-party tracking.

Telemetry data

Our collectors process CDN performance telemetry on behalf of customers. This data contains network-level metrics (latency, cache status codes, byte counts). It does not contain request bodies, user cookies, or personally identifiable information. Telemetry transits our pipeline and is delivered to your configured destination within seconds. We do not retain it.

Data sharing

We do not sell data. We share data only with: Stripe (payments), AWS (hosting), and Cloudflare (DNS/CDN). No other third parties have access.

Security

All data encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256). Access to production systems requires hardware security keys and is logged.

Retention

Account data: while account is active + 30 days after deletion. Billing records: 7 years (legal requirement). Telemetry data: not retained.

Your rights

Email privacy@cdn-analytics-global.com to request data export, correction, or deletion. We respond within 10 business days.
